Milk Soup with Baked Rice - Russian Soup Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Milk Soup with Baked Rice:

1 litre milk 25 g cheese
3 tblsps rice 2 tsps dried bread
1 egg crumbs
1 tblsp butter salt

Make baked rice as directed in the recipe for broth with baked rice (see p. 45). Put pieces of baked rice in plates and pour over boiling milk.
