Milk Soup with Rice - Russian Soup Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Milk Soup with Rice:

1 litre milk 1 tsp sugar
4 tblsps rice salt
1 tblsp butter

Wash and drain the rice. Boil in salt water till almost soft then drain and add to the boiling milk. When the rice is soft, add salt and sugar to taste. Add the butter just before serving
