How to Cook & Prepare Potato kletski:

3 potatoes 2 eggs
3 to 4 tblsps flour ½ tsp salt
Pare and boil the potatoes, press through a strainer. Add raw egg yolks and mix thoroughly. Fold in whites of eggs beaten stiff.
