Spiced Liquor - Russian Soup RecipeHow to Cook & Prepare Spiced Liquor: 1 litre cold water 15 g carrots Boil the above ingredients gently for 5-7 minutes. Cool liquor before cooking fish in it. Strain the fish stock and use it tom make soups, sauces and solyanka.
If the stock is to be used in the future to make sauce or aspic, it should
be salted very slightly.
