Fried Potatoes with Eggs - Russian Vegetarian Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Fried Potatoes with Eggs:

1 kg boiled potatoes 2 tblsps butter
3 eggs salt
1 cupful milk

Slice and fry the potatoes in butter. Beat the eggs, add milk, salt and mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture over the fried potatoes and bake till golden.
