Meat and Rice Stuffing - Russian Vegetarian Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Meat and Rice Stuffing:

500 g meat (boned) 3 tblsps butter
½ cupful rice salt, pepper
1 onion

Put the meat through the food chopper. Combine with drained, fluffy boiled rice and sautéed minced onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
