Meat Stuffing* - Russian Vegetarian Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Meat Stuffing*:

500 g meat (boned) salt, pepper
1 or 2 onions minced parsley
3 tblsps butter or dill

Cut up the raw meat, put it through the food chopper and sauté in butter. Put it through the food chopper once more. Add the sautéed minced onion, the meat juice from the frying pan, salt, pepper and minced parsley or dill. Mix thoroughly.

*The quantities indicated in these recipes are sufficient to stuff approximately 1kg vegetables.


Put through the food chopper boiled meat. Saute the onion separately, add one teaspoonful of flour and continue to brown. Stir in 2 or 3 tablespoonsful of stock and bring to a boil. Combine the onion with the meat. Season with salt and pepper and add minced parsley or dill
