Milk Sauce - Russian Vegetarian Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Milk Sauce:

(Suitable for use with cabbage or carrot cutlets and other dishes)

1 tblsp flour 1 ½ cupful milk
1 tblsp butter salt

Heat and blend the flour and butter. Gradually stir in the hot milk. Cook for 10 minutes stirring constantly. Season with salt.
