Mushroom Stuffing - Russian Vegetarian Recipe
How to Cook & Prepare Mushroom Stuffing:
500 g fresh mushrooms 3 tblsps butter
Clean the mushrooms, then wash them and pour boiling water to cover. Set aside the mushrooms for 5 minutes, then drain and rinse. Chop up and sauté in butter. Add the tomato puree, bring to a boil and mix with finely chopped sautéed oinion. Season with salt and pepper.
