Mushrooms Filling - Russian Vegetarian Recipe
How to Cook & Prepare Mushrooms Filling:
Wash and cook the dried mushrooms. When tender, chop fine and sauté in butter together with finely minced onion. Season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Potatoes Stewed in Sour Cream
Pare and cut the potatoes into chunks. Put them in a skillet (or shallow saucepan), add the butter and sauté slightly. Transfer the potatoes to a saucepan or a stone ware pot, pour over the sour cream which has been blended with the flour and salt. Cover tightly with a lid and simmer until tender. Before serving sprinkle with herbs.
