(Potato Oladyi) - Russian Vegetarian Recipe

How to Cook & Prepare Potato Cakes:

(Potato Oladyi)

500 g potatoes ¼ cupful water
½ cupful flour 1 egg
25 g yeast salt

Pare and grate the potatoes. Add the yeast previously mixed in water, salt, flour and an egg. Mix thoroughly and set aside to rise. Cook on a very hot oiled griddle. Serve with sour cream or butter.
