Potato and Meat Pudding- Russian Vegetarian RecipeHow to Cook & Prepare Potato and Meat Pudding Put the meat through the food chopper and sauté slightly. Add finely sliced and sautéed onion, tomato puree, salt and pepper. Moisten with stock or water, cover with a lid and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Separately fry sliced potatoes; season with salt. Spread the potatoes in the bottom of a baking pan, cover with a layer of ground meat mixture and level. Beat the eggs, combine with milk and pour over the meat. Bake in hot oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Before serving sprinkle with minced parsley.
