Stuffed Green Peppers - Russian Vegetarian RecipeHow to Cook & Prepare Stuffed Green Peppers: Wash the green peppers, cut off the tops and remove the seeds and inner
ribs. Plunge the peppers into boiling salt water and parboil for 2 or
3 minutes; drain in a colander. Fill the peppers with meat, rice or vegetable
stuffing, stand them on end one or two high in as casserole, pour in meat
stock. Butter and tomato paste or puree. Cover and bake or cook from 30
to 40 minutes. Before serving pour over sour cream sauce.
