Wash 300 g spiced boletus mushrooms, cut them up and sauté in butter together with two finely minced onions. Add the mushrooms to the mashed turnip and mix. Stuff the hollowed out turnips with the mixture and place them in a casserole. Pour over butter, cover with a lid and bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes. Pour over one cupful of thick sour cream and brown.
